Usps international shipping not being calculated?

Despite having it set up to be calculated, I am invoiced for international orders because for some reason, it isn't calculating USPS international shipping. Does anyone have a solution for this?

Why can't i find any of my listings

I imported 317 record for sale from ebay 2 days ago and Bonanza says that they are active and they show in my booth, but I can not find any of them when I scroll down the records category. Where and when do they show up in a search?
