This is an official Bonanza response.

Hello luckyann,

Welcome to the Bonanza Community!

By default, our eBay importer will only copy newly listed items to your Bonanza booth. It will “skip” any listings which have previously been imported to your booth in order to keep the sync running smoothly. If you are making changes to your listings on eBay (title, price, description, etc) after you’ve imported to Bonanza, you will want to update your sync settings to revise the previously imported items.

You can update your settings from the Import from eBay page. Point your mouse over the “Selling” link (located in the upper left-hand corner of any page) and select the “Import from eBay” option from the drop-down. In the “Have you made changes to your eBay items?” box, click the link to “Import new and revised items” to initiate a new import and revise your existing listings (note that if you have an active import or sync running, you must use the “Cancel Sync” button before you can make any changes).

For questions about specific items, you’ll need to contact the seller.
Questions of a personal nature are not allowed.
We try to keep support related questions off of this page.

If you are experiencing the site not working for you as it should, please direct your question or concerns to [email protected] so we can help you. You can also click on the “Contact” link at the bottom of any page to get in touch with our support team.
It will be our pleasure to assist you there.

Thank you and Happy Selling!

To Answer Brilliantly

Remember these tips:

  • Use links to other sources to support your opinions
  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

Should I post a comment or an answer?

You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?

Post an answer for:

  • Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question

Post a comment for:

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
  • When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
