Bonanza's editor - what are the alternatives ?

The Editor doesn't do what it supposed to do - impossible to apply colour, no italic, no font size change. Any idea how to insert a good looking description ?

Why bonanza charged %12.5 fee ?????

How do i retrieve items deleted from my booth by bonanza?

We imported almost 2,000 items from Ebay over to Bonanza and then deleted out the old Ebay account. However, now our new booth is registering as only 197 items??????????? We need help desperately. Thanks so much and God bless you.
