Hi @ SteelCity_ThriftShop,

Sorry to hear about the trouble. It sounds like you may not be fully logged into your account. You must be logged in when adding or updating your items. We recommend clearing your browser’s cache and history to ensure that there are no outdated passwords that are stored on your browser and are preventing you from logging in.

Hope that helps. If you continue to experience issues logging into your account or adding and editing items, please let us know at our support department where we have the tools to assist [URL removed]

Same here. I have to constantly login over and over on my 3 laptops, tablet, and Android. The auto login isn’t functioning as it should.

To Answer Brilliantly

Remember these tips:

  • Use links to other sources to support your opinions
  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

Should I post a comment or an answer?

You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?

Post an answer for:

  • Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question

Post a comment for:

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
  • When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
