i performed a batch edit on all of my listings to change the shipping flat rate from $3 to $4, messages state that it was successful but about 10 minutes has gone by and I am not seeing any changes on shipping rates on items in my booth.

Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the confusion. The batch edit feature takes anywhere from several minutes to a few hours to process depending on the number of items being updated and how many other bulk updates are being processed for other users on our site. You may want to try updating a few listings at a time (>50) to see more immediate results. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Changes still not showing.
