When will bonanza add any international shipping option?

I have been selling on Bonanza since last summer. I used to like this site, but now I will probably have to leave. I ship from Europe and there is no shipping option, which I can use.
I tried using Unspecified shipping and 1-10 days shipping. However, nothing helps.
The buyers from USA receive an e-mail from Bonanza saying, that they can expect the item in 1 to 10 days, which is impossible. I am sending each buyer a message explaining, that the shipping time is 2-4 weeks, but many of them do not read it or ignore it.
Out of every 10 items, which I sold on Bonanza I received at least one “Unauthorised transaction chargeback” on PayPal. The chargeback comes with extra 20$ chargeback fee.
I sold an item on Bonanza on 10th June, on 19th June the chargeback is open. And this is happening to 1 in 10 sales. If the buyers do not see a reasonable estimated delivery date, this is what they do.
I sell low value items like 5$-20$ with free shipping (30% Bonanza fee rate, 5% PayPal fees). I ship without tracking so I always lose every chargeback. I tried to add paid shipping option to my booth and removed free shipping, but nothing changed and buyers are still ordering with free shipping, which does not come with tracking. Nothing works on this site

Have you tried contacting support about the shipping time frame issue?

Jewelsbelegance says: June 26, 2016

If they are unable to fix that issue the charge back with an extra $20 fee sounds like a mighty expensive issue. Hope it works out for you. One thing you could do is increase prices & offer free shipping, building the shipping cost into the price for certain expensive to ship items. Good luck!

Your shop banner could not be any more clear about shipping times. Is there also an announcement on all the listings? Just to be super clear? if someone misses that its unfair to penalize you for it since you are clearly stating the time frame. I hope it works out for you.

Ok, thank you, now the buyers are paying for tracked shipping

It is my believe that if you are excepting international sellers to your site you should have international shipping set up. To set up shipping here is cumbersome work and you still can’t get it set the way you want it. Your forced to use free shipping or flat rate. So some times you are over charging or under charging your costumer.

Bottom line Bonanza should have made this a priority for international sellers.

This is ONLY about how to STOP the Free Shipping. You must go to the listing and UNCHECK ‘’Free shipping’’ while in an editing mode within a listing, that’s the ONLY way I know to STOP the Free Shipping from happening. I would encourage you to send your customers immediate emails to let them know shipping could take up to 4 weeks. You can DO this (send them a message) through PayPal as well and do so MANUALLY upon receiving a notification from within Bonanza to let you know you’ve sold something.
Below is a Small Pic of when a Listing is in Editing Mode, and it’s only a PART of the Editing You Can Do, it’s the Part that Deals with Shipping, and I Hope the Following Shows in Regard to EDITING Your [URL removed]

Thank you, I will try this

Use flat rate shipping but be sure not to leave it blank, it must be specified what type of flat rate shipping you want to use because if not customers are able to choose it on their own. Had an issue selling 2 bottles of perfume where I had forgotten to select WHICH flat rate shipping & the customer only paid $5 much less than I paid to ship the order. So be sure all boxes are clearly marked & specified.

Thank you for your response

Here, on February 07, 2015, I asked for the “Standard Shipping from outside US (up to +/- 10 business days)”:

You would need to have added the option “Economy Shipping from outside US (up to 2-4 weeks)”.

For now, in the “Shipping in the US” option, You need to choose “Free & Flat shipping” and THEN “uncheck”, as Dee suggested, the “Free shipping” option.

Next, click on “Flat Rate Shipping”, choose “Unspecified shipping type”:( and add the amount that covers the largest shipping cost from Your place, e.g. to US, AU, etc.

Then, below, under “International shipping”, choose “Worldwide” (or whatever You wish) and click on “I will ship to the selected destinations for a flat rate of $—” and add the SAME amount!

Usually from Europe shipping to Americas, Asia, Australia is quite similar.
It’s a US site, so, I guess, Your customers are mostly from overseas. If there is somebody from Europe and the cost is much smaller, then You can send the difference back to the Buyer (e.g. it’s very easy to make a partial refund via PayPal).

Add detailed information about shipping costs and the estimated delivery time ‘wherever’ You [URL removed] so Buyers can find it (to the end of Your descriptions, policies, shipping instructions, in the note to a Buyer after a purchase, etc.).

I don’t know, what is the reason that B. doesn’t add these ‘economy and standard shipping from outside US’ options to the list.
