Hi, Almost a week of posting my items for sale here. For disappointment, not a single view is recorded. I have set the advertising commission to 19% as well. So even that no views? Why is this happening?

If possible, how can one block someone from booth or store

Have someone who asks a lot of questions but has not purchased anything. The person has become a nuisance. Would like to block them from any further contact. Is this possible? If so, how?
