nothing is arriving in 1-3 days due to the virus..you should have gotten tracking for the package…postal service can help you track if

The seller’s last visit in the booth was on April 27th (2 days after Your purchase).

Bonanza support will answer Your ticket, but since You’ve paid via PayPal, try also to contact the seller, using an e-mail address provided by PP.

From seller’s [URL removed] “Tracking will be provided when it becomes available.”

Do You have a tracking number? Due to current situation many international deliveries are significantly delayed.
And US Customs clears items much slower as well – there are a lot of comments online,

e.g. “Losing patience with US Customs. […] what is going on at the USPS ISC in New York? […] Any News as to how packages are moving? or what capacity they are operating at? I’ve been waiting for two packages for a month now that were shipped with EMS”,
“The Jamaica NY Internat’l Distribution Center is located in Queens, a borough of NYC, an area that’s been hit very hard since March. I can only imagine that their operations have slowed down considerably.”,
“The New York customs must be completely overwhelmed, with a huge backlog. ",
“International orders are not just being held up in NY. They are incredibly bogged down. We’ve had packages stuck in NY before the pandemic. Unfortunately, it happens. Chicago is our current problem.”

but the problem here is that Your seller has not follow up this transaction and You can’t get any answer.

Since their usual delivery time can be up to a month (e.g. today’s order would be “Estimated to arrive by Mon, Jun 15th”, then with current delays, let’s hope You will receive purchased item. Especially that they have a good presence on some other marketplace as well (the shop is on vacation mode right now, but the last review was added 6 days ago, on May 11, 2020).

Check your tracking number since right now due to the virus MANY packages are taking 2 to 3 weeks or so to arrive if not longer. Nothing is arriving in 2 to 3 days!

PayPal won’t refund you while a package is enroute to you. Otherwise, there is a risk that you keep a package while getting a refund.

If the item is SNAD or you don’t get it (INR) eventually, then you can make a claim and get a refund.
