Item sold on january the 15th. it sold twice today. what's happening.

Today (Wednesday) I have an item sell twice, 2 different orders.

70818602 Enameling on Metal Clay Innovative
70818515 Enameling on Metal Clay Innovative

This sold on January the 15th and is not even in my inventory.

When I do a search for Enameling on Metal Clay Innovative it still shows up, again not in my inventory.

I refunded both orders. Went in and checked the box where I have to approve a order until I find out what’s going on.

Any Ideas?

Last month I had 3 orders, I had to cancel and refund money.
They were also old inventory.

I don’t know how to handle this.

Hello ArizonaRoadRunner,

Welcome to the community!

We recommend updating your eBay Import sync settings to "Remove all items that were removed from eBay, regardless of why the listing is no longer active (sold, manually ended, expired, etc).
To update your sync settings, visit the “Selling > Import from eBay” page

-Set the Remove items option to “Remove all items that were removed from eBay”

-Click the green button to “Save changes and start importing” so that your sync settings are updated.

The next time the sync runs it will remove any ended or sold items that are no longer active on eBay.

By default, we keep your items synchronized between your eBay and Bonanza stores over time.

When an item is removed from your eBay store (because it is sold, was delisted, expired, etc), we can remove it from your Bonanza store automatically so you only sell merchandise that’s in stock. Note that if you set the listing to “Out of Stock” status on eBay, it will not be automatically removed from your Bonanza account since that is still an active state on eBay. You must manually delete “Out of Stock” listings from your Bonanza account, or move them to “Reserved” status.

I’m thinking this was still hanging out from a prior Ebay feed and never removed when it was sold on Bonanza. I dont cross-pollinate to Ebay from here and never even liked the fact that Bonz would depend on Ebay to sell your items. You should distance yourself as far as you can from Ebay, it is a sinking ship with all their crazy policy’s, before and as of late.
I came to Bonz to put Ebay in the rear-view mirror and tried to get as far away as I could from them at warp speed.

You are right. It has finally been removed. It has even disappeared from the Google website. I think I have cleaned up any hanging (chads). Ha Ha Ha
