Someone has used my credit card data,on 05/05/2020,on Bonanza.com to buy one item.I haven’t received a notification from Bonanza like the ones i have received about fake buyers. The only thing i have,is the notification from my bank which [URL removed] number of the transaction (BONANZA.COM [phone number removed] US);The date of the transaction(05/05/2020); The amount of the product (18,33€) and the commission of the transaction (0,53€).
I have been using credit cards in Internet during 18 years and it’s the first time i experience this.

Hello.Thank you. This is what seems helpful.

This is an official Bonanza response.

Hello Ideaholder

We are so sorry to hear about the trouble you have had with receiving two orders that are not in stock. This can happen if you are importing your items. You may need to run a revised import.

To remove items from your booth that are no longer available when using a CSV file, you will hover over “Selling” then click on “Inventory File Import” and go to your “settings” then “Remove non import items”, then run an import.

Here a link from our Help pages “How do I import items from an existing inventory (CSV) file?” https://support.bonanza.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000656491-How-do-I-import-items-from-an-existing-inventory-CSV-file-

If you need additional support please email our support team and it will be our pleasure to assist you further. [email protected]
Thank you and Happy Selling!
Kind Regards
Wanda

Hello Wanda. Thanks for the answer. It’s ok for CSV file. What about my credit card data?

Put an immediate freeze or hold to the card. I have been with Bonanza and many other online auction / webstore sites for many years and have had no issues whatsoever, but, that does not mean it can’t happen, unfortunately that is the way of the world. It could have also been taken from another site and that is the CC info they have from that. There are so many ways this can happen these days. Definitely be vigilant and freeze that card.
