Scroll to Invoice settings…you will see 2 [URL removed]

When I approve an order, send the buyer their invoice automatically (don’t prompt me to review the invoice)
DO NOT CHECK THIS ONE…It will always ask for approval if it is checked

and

Copy me when invoices are sent to buyers

This one I also have unchecked..It caused problems 10 years ago and I have left it unchecked since then without any issues

(unfortunately some of the original names for things in set-up have been changed over time, but bonanza helpful tips sometimes still use the previous names from the old days…ie Advanced Settings used to be an extra click under Booth Settings)

Also realize that if you do not have shipping set up for certain locations, ie international, and someone tries to purchase an item that is out of your shipping location, then you will get a message to approve the order

It is set-up for you to consider an international sale before before completely blocking is.

In this case, if you wish to consider sending the buyer, you will be able to add the appropriate shipping and then approve…if not then decline the Offer

To Answer Brilliantly

Remember these tips:

  • Use links to other sources to support your opinions
  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

Should I post a comment or an answer?

You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?

Post an answer for:

  • Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question

Post a comment for:

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
  • When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
