Should i upgrade to a pro account to gold and activate a webstore?

I was just wondering if it would make sense to upgrade my account to one of the pro levels and then activate a webstore? Can someone explain to me one way or another any benefits? Thanks

Widget maker not working

Newbie here- can someone explain shipping profiles?

Obviously I ship within the US. But, I also ship overseas. Flat rate shipping for both. Different fees. How do I create a shipping profile to cover both? Or is it simpler to just do them seperately? Dang, I hope that made sense.
