All you can do is request a fee credit. The transaction will still remain on your account and buyer can still leave feedback

Bonanza has a link available to help sellers out with cancelling a transaction. It is true that the transaction will still remain on your account and both the buyer and seller will be able to leave feedback. Recommend communicating with the buyer to see if you can fully resolve any outstanding issues. You can always leave a response to any feedback left.

If the paid transaction originates from the current sales month…
Go to your My Store > My Store dashboard,
Click My Store ribbon
Click Fees
Click Statement and click on the link to the current billing month so you can view your current month transactions and fees owed. From that page, click on the link titled, “Request a refund for a transaction on this bill” and follow the prompts to request a refund. We will process those as quickly as possible for you (usually within 48 hours).
If the paid transaction from a previous sales month & your seller fees have not been paid for that month…
Go to your My Store > My Store dashboard,
Click My Store ribbon
Click Fees and click on the month link that corresponds with your transaction date. From that page, click on the link titled, “Request a refund for a transaction on this bill” and follow the prompts to request a refund. We will process those as quickly as possible (usually within 48 hours).
If your seller fees have already been paid or if you need to request a partial refund…
Please contact our world class award winning support team (we’re biased) with the transaction ID # and a copy of the refund (If applicable) along with the reason for the refund. Our staff will review and issue the credit to your account, usually within 48 hours. In some cases we will request more information prior to issuing the credit.
Sellers have up to 90 days from the date of the transaction to request refunds on the final value fees. Final value fee refund requests on transactions outside of 90 days will not be honored, no exceptions (unless your cousin is Kanye West, or in Of Montreal, and you can get them to play our company picnic).
