hi, for some local problems i didnt have a product that a buyer has allready buy.
i sent him few mails and after he did not answear, i deciced to refund him, and as i read here i refund direct from paypal.
now, the status is still " not shipped yet " how can i cancel this purchase after i allready refund the buyer ?

You need to get the transaction # from paypal for the refund.
Then you need to go to “your store” then go down to “fee’s” look for the statement the item is on, probably the most recent, look on the statement, on the bottom it will say “request a refund for a transaction on this bill”
it will give you some options, find the correct ones, then put in the transaction # from paypal for the refund and hit submit.
