Hi — I’m baffled. I’ve been listing books on this site for a few years. One thing that’s always bothered me (and that keeps me from listing more often) is that after I’ve added international shipping options for a listing, if I want to either delete or change the international shipping I’m unable to do so from the individual listing. If I want to change international shipping I have to go to batch edit, remove the international shipping options from batch, and the re-add them on the individual listing. Last week I finally asked support about this and they told me that there was no way to edit international shipping for individual listings and if I wanted to edit international shipping for individual listings I should submit a suggestion. I did so. Today that suggestion was rejected. The person who rejected it stated that I already have the option of deleting or changing international shipping for individual listings. So support tells me I can’t do it (and that if I want that to change I should submit a suggestion) and then the suggestion moderators tell me I can do it, so the suggestion is rejected. Help!

not really sure what you are trying to do…
I just totally deleted international shipping while in the listing…saved and checked shipping details in batch edit and the shipping was removed…
I re added the shipping in the listing and the information appeared in the shipping details in batch edit..
so on an individual basis, yes I could change from International shipping, to no international shipping, to International shipping with different price and then change it back again…I saved after each step…and it worked…
However, you cannot change the costs for each area individually in the listings, ie one cost for Europe, a different for Canada, a third for Australia..these do have to be done in batch edit…and these also have to be cleared in batch edit…
A straight, flat rate for all places can be added and changed in the listing, costs tailored for individual locations does have to be done in batch edit
