I can see the USPS option on Your listings (after opening the “See all shipping rates” link – red arrow).
You only don’t have an international shipping option, that’s why in Europe I see this sentence "No shipping price specified to (…):

I only see it on some items…just re-check the ones that don’t have it, and same, then do an Update Booth…
See if that will fix it…
