I wonder if I can list OBO only for my certain items, does Bonanza have this options?

Yes, You can add it even to only one item.
Make sure Your shop’s OBO option is [URL removed]
My Store —> Booth options —> Payments & Purchases —> Allow shoppers to negotiate and make offers (OBO) —> Yes
Then choose Your listings and mark the box Price negotiable on selected [URL removed]
My Store —> Batch edit items —> Item basic —> Items prices are [URL removed] —> Yes
If You have under the item price the second window/box to add the minimal price You would agree to accept, You can write it, if You wish (not all shops have this option).
