What are pay options when purchasing on bonanza,?

Does bonanza offer a credit card application so a customer can maybe get approved for a credit card to make purchases with you?

I'm full of questions today! USPS first class weight now tops out at 16 oz. right? It's only an option at 13 oz. in the shipping calculator. Am I wrong about this?
