My thumbnails look terrible in my store. The are mainly too big.
What is the fix?
Is there a photo template or something?

I have found that the difference depends on whether you crop to the thumbnail on the first pic without adjusting it. On some items I find it necessary to to rotate and crop further, but I guess that cannot be helped unless they are cropped in a program before uploading.

Hi :B
Your thumbnails look perfect to me. Maybe you want to shrink the site?
Hit Ctrl and scroll the mouse-wheel down a notch

Hello [URL removed]
You must have fixed your problem, because I looked, both at some product images and the store page, and all images look fine to me. Haven’t had any problems with my images. I set them all at 850px square, or at least 850 px for length or width if image is rectangular. I try not to go over 850px for any side in case it would make my image too large for site requirements.
Have a nice day,
Sandi

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
