Hi, there! Am I missing something? For several days I have tried to change my shipping profiles. I enter the new info for the profile, hit Save, proof the the rest of the Shipping & Returns page, hit Save for the page. I get a little notice about my updates have been saved. But, nothing is changed. All the old shipping amounts are still there. I do try to wait a day before doing it again…in case there’s a queue with everyone else trying to change things but this is getting tiresome. Thank you so much for any suggestions or tips!!

Shipping profiles only save locations/type of shipping, etc, whether insurance is required or optional..
Prices are not saved.
If you wish to bulk edit prices
Batch Edit Items
Click on Shipping
Set flat-rate shipping [URL removed] $ XX.XX
in the U.S.
Select items you wish to change
Apply Changes…
I apologize, testing with my other ID it seems that this is no longer true…

I’m sorry but I am still not getting it. My (3) Shipping Profiles each contain the shipping type, the amount, where I will ship to, whether insurance or not, and processing time. Bulk Editing will allow me to assign a Shipping Profile to an item but if I cannot edit/update the original Profile this does me no good. I tried setting up a new (4th) Shipping Profile but it insists it is for free shipping. I must be missing something simple. All my listing originally were assigned a Shipping Profile. I do not want to have to manually edit. Thanks again for any assistance!

I changed each shipping cost manually one by one.
Had to make sure I’m not trapped AGAIN.
(Sold something to GB right after USPS upped their prices..
My listing charged the old price… duh).

I am having this exact same problem. The Batch Editor is not the solution, as vintage-duchess pointed out.
I’m trying to update the Shipping Profiles (Edited Booth Settings > Shipping & Returns > Shipping Profiles) to reflect the recent USPS increase. I edit everything, hit save, reopen the profile and find that the domestic price has reset itself to the “old” previous price, while everything from “International Shipping” down has saved the new entries!
Batch Edit is useless in this case. Batch is used for re-applying Shipping Profiles to items in bulk (or doing manual entry direct on the listings). For this to work, the Shipping Profiles must be correct in the first place!
This isn’t a quirk of the site, this is a BUG. Until it is fixed my booth is on vacation. No other way around it that I can find (I’m not manually updating 1000+ items).

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
