Shipping profiles won't save

I have tried everything from clearing browser cache, tried Chrome vs. Firefox nothing works. If I go to booth settings>shipping & returns and add a new shipping profile, once I am finished and hit save when I try to apply the profile to one of my listings none of the shipping options or prices are there. If I adjust the options while on the edit item screen then save either as a new profile or just save. When I go to the next item and try to apply the profile the same thing happens no options or price within that profile. I had the same problem several months ago and finally was able to get it to work but no luck this time. I even tried another computer with no luck. There is a major problem with shipping profiles that has been around for a long time. I like Bonanza but this shipping profile problem has me grid locked and if I have to edit each of my items one by one I’ll probably just give up on Bonanza.

I find that if a listing already has shipping information, trying to add more shipping will only work if the old shipping information has been cleared first…it will not over ride existing information.

You can clear domestic original information in batch edit…

Once clear, you will probably see the shipping profile information that you tried to add
