How do you relist an item that had sold?

I have a few items that I sold that need to be relisted. Is there a way to do this, or do I need to make a new listing?

What percentage is final value fee? My last five sales you charged me 30% FVF. How do you justify 30%? Even EBay doesn't charge 30% that I know of anyway.

I started a new account after taking a couple years off from selling and, boy, do I already miss the community forums/discussions! I don't know who or where to ask questions not relevant to the overall community ... or even feel like part of a community.

I sell health and beauty products. I've been out of the game long enough to no longer know the pricing, hottest brands and items, how others handle returns in a category where reselling used/returned products is prohibited by federal law, etc.
