The error message says the elves will activate my booth within 24 hrs. that was 7 days ago. Does anybody know how long it takes before my booth becomes active?

Hello @Sin_City_Modz,
Thanks for reaching out and welcome to Bonanza! Apologies for the delay. Occasionally, new accounts may require manual review and approval from our team prior to your listings going live. We generally do a site-wide review and approval a couple of times a day. We had a look at your account and see that your booth is fully active. Welcome to the Bonanza community, and happy selling!

Yeah, it took several days for mine to activate as well. Contact support or hopefully someone from support will respond here. I know the frustration!

I have the same problem, I been waiting for a week. I already paid a week ago and still waiting at this point I don’t even care if they review it or not just refund my money and I’ll uninstall the app. They shouldn’t be misleading customers by saying 24 to 48 hours. Don’t bother contacting support you will just get a Robo mail.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
