This is an official Bonanza response.

Hello @robatash,

Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the confusion. The prices calculated by the shipping calculator are only estimates, and in most cases will not exactly match the price that the post office or UPS center charges you to ship your item. Please understand that variances of up to 10% in the actual shipping price and the shipping price that we are given as an estimate from our shipping providers is fairly common place and hard to avoid. You can read more about the shipping calculator on the following [URL removed]

If you need to update the shipping services for your listings, you can do so in bulk from the batch editor. Go to your “My Booth > Batch edit items” page and select the shipping tab to the left of the tool box at the top of the page. Select your listings, then clear your current domestic shipping services. Once your services have been cleared, go back and set your preferred flat rate or calculated shipping on your items.

Hope that helps. Let us know at [URL removed] if you have any other questions.

Thanks!

The shipping calculator doesn’t recognize the NEW CURRENT prices, changed on the 17th of this month 15.99oz & under is first class now, it’s still showing 13 oz. Is Bonanza going to address the recent shipping price changes & update the calculator? This is a seperate issue than the variances.

You should change those to flate rate shipping and just put in $2.60 for 1st class since it doesn’t change by zone like priority or parcel. Using batch edit is a quick way to change many listings at once.

$2.60 for 1st class mail is only up to 8 oz, anything over 8oz and up to 16 oz is between $3.30 and $3.60. You will also have to print your label through Paypal to get these prices. Purchasing labels at the USPS website and at the actual post office is a higher cost.
