I was at the library today and viewed my shop. I did NOT login as me. I just viewed it and about 4 items. At home I checked my shop stats and it said there were 0 views.
What counts as a view?

Hello @ Susansweaters_Sewing,
Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the confusion. Item and booth view counts do include you looking at your own items. Each view is assigned to the day in which it occurred in the Pacific Time zone. Today’s views are updated in real time, and will become yesterday’s views at midnight tonight (Pacific Time).
We set your stats to yesterday (you can adjust the timeline using the drop down at the top of the view stats page) and see that your booth had 5 views on January 27, 2016, which includes the times you viewed it.
Hope that helps!
Kind regards,
The Bonanza Team

Hi [URL removed] Hopefully veterans and/or admin will chime in, but have the stats shown up since you posted this question? I’m thinking that there is a time lag, but don’t know how long it would be. My stats have been advancing but I haven’t noticed the time frame, because I’m so busy trying to squeeze time to prepare listings for at least 1 item per day from the backlog inventory that I have, lol. Once I’m caught up, I can pay closer attention to this important feature.
Take care and good luck to you!
Sandi

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
