How do i cancel order and offer refund?

I ran out of stock on an item and have to refund the buyer. Now, do I refund the buyer the purchase total of ($59.04) or the total after the fees were taken out ($53.40)? Thank you, Gina

Is there an option for a free booth here on bonanza

I was under the impression that there was no monthly fee to open a booth here on Bonanza, however, when I go to open my Booth it goes straight to a 14-day trial or the monthly/annual payment option. Is there no free option ?, anyone help please.

I have an item that fits 2 categories equally well. Can I list in more than 1 category and if so, how do I do this? I didn't see any option for listing in more than 1 category. Thanks in advance for any help I can get, I'm just learning Bonanza...
