I’m a seller and my booth on hold all the time. what should i do?

We sold items on Bonanza around 2-3 years ago and are recently back again, but account seems to be on hold till now, even after trying to reach out to Bonanza CS. No reply yet till now. We got many items ready to be sold. What can we do?
