Item sold at ebay via bonz but still active in my booth?

I sent an item to ebay via bonanza yesterday. It sold at ebay, i just went to add the tracking # at Bonanza, and the item is still active! I thought i read of other Bonanza members having this problem. Has anyone else had this happen recently?

How do i send a counteroffer to a buyer?

Buyer made offer and asked for free shipping. I contacted her thru Bonanza and said offer good but she needs to pay shipping. She said good. So, how do I send her a counteroffer? If I accept her offer, she won't be charged shipping.
