I’ve been waiting almost 3 weeks for my purchase to be shipped from Texas to Washington?! Ebay makes people ship within 3 days same as Amazon, what is going on?

This is not ebay or Amazon. Each seller on Bonanza sets their own terms. You need to contact the seller of the item and ask them when it was shipped or look at your purchases to see if the seller added a tracking number.

Wow, 3 weeks is way too long. Sorry this happened to you! If you paid by PayPal I’d put in a request for a refund with an INR (item not received) request. If you used a credit card, call you CC company and see if you can get a credit.
Maybe the booth you bought from was abandoned. You can check when a seller last logged in by looking at their profile. Hope you can get this cleared up!

Definately something you will need to take up with the owner of the booth, that is definately terrible customer service. I myself ship within 24 hours of receipt of cleared payment. As mentioned above if you paid thru Paypal you can get a claim going and they are usually very good about handling it quickly, hope you get this all squared away and definately do not grade the whole site by that one persons lack of customer service. I know everything I have purchased over the years thru here I have received very quickly.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
