Importing shopify store to bonanza booth

Has anyone had trouble importing their Shopify Store to their Bonanza booth? I followed the steps, and I received a message onscreen that I started the process and my store items would be added to my booth. That was a week ago, and nothing from my shopify store has been added yet. The eBay transfer went fine. Any suggestions?

Sorry to hear of the troubles @Silveration with your Shopify items. When sellers import items from Shopify, normally their categories will not transfer over due to a different categorization system. This will make your items go to your “incomplete” folder.

If you go to Selling > Add or Edit Items, you should see your imported Shopify listings.

Here is a link from our Help Center that goes into detail about setting up your categories for these [URL removed] https://www.bonanza.com/site_help/item_imports/imported_item_categories.

Hope this helps! If you have any other questions regarding the Shopify importer, please let us know at [email protected].

^) My friend gave me matching laptop and phone cases with her own drawing, and it was really special to me. I decided that I want to do something similar for my mom, so I asked my friend about the service she used. She told me about this website [URL removed] , and I didn’t even know that there were so many girts. And I’m thinking about creating a personalized pillow.
