I would like to place a direct link to my booth but the url is way to long.
Outside of going to tinyurl.com is there a better way?
Thanks,
Gerry

You can use and publish this shortened [URL removed] bonanza.com/rustictablelamps
or
You could purchase a domain name of your choosing and (without having to actually create or have a website hosted anywhere) you can have the domain provider re-direct that domain name back to your Bonanza URL. That way, when shoppers type in your “short” domain name that you purchase, they will automatically end up in your Bonanza booth.

Hi [URL removed]
Is this too [URL removed] bonanza.com/booths/rustictablelamps ? I guess it is. I thought you were using an address with a huge string of numbers, but I don’t see anything like that when I visit my shop.
Also, what is wrong with TinyUrl? I use URL Shortener in FFox. Is it just too much trouble for you, or does it cause a problem?

Thank you for this. We have a domain name registered, but no site hosted using it yet. I registered through GoDaddy, so after reading this, went to GoDaddy and chose “Use My Domain” and then chose the option to forward the domain name, and then pasted in my Bonanza booth URL with the free referral code tacked on. This is working perfectly and now all I have to do is give folks our easy to remember domain name and it takes them right to our booth. :) I’m happy to help anybody who may need it.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
