Has anyone else been suspended from ebay and can no longer show or update items using bonanza advretising?

I switched from eBay to Bonanza as I didn't want their managed payment program (appears it's still a hot mess) about a month ago. I made some sales the last 2 days (I'm small-time). 2 were through eBay and 1 through Bonanza. 1 of these items so...

Should i ship if usps can not verify the address of the buyer?

I'm ready to ship the sold item but for the shipping information, it says this... The destination address could not be verified by USPS. So I don't feel comfortable to ship. What should I do?? Ship and cross my fingers.
