How do i add international shipping to an invoice?

I have an international order, my very first Bonanza order, and Bonanza wants me to add shipping to the invoice. When I do I get an error message saying the shipping can't be more than 30% of the order or $15. Shipping to Australia is $29.75. Some...

My item won't sync. it will show failed & it will show synced but it isn't.

Is it illegal to sell medical masks (kn95, surgical masks, etc.) on bonanza?

I saw listings that sell medical masks on Bonanza while some websites restrict selling face masks. Is it okay to sell them on Bonanza? Because I am a medical mask supplier who can sell them for a fair price. Thanks in advance for your support
