Recall notice: fisher-price 4-in-1 rock ‘n glide soother & 2-in-1 soothe ‘n play glider

Sellers should be aware that expired products or products that have been recalled for any reason are prohibited on Bonanza. The following is a recall notice from Fisher-Price and the [URL removed]

Fisher-Price, in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), announced voluntary recalls of the Fisher-Price® 4-in-1 Rock ‘n Glide Soother and the Fisher-Price® 2-in-1 Soothe ‘n Play Glider. Infants who are placed unrestrained in the products and later found on their stomach are at risk of suffocation. Four infant deaths have occurred in the 4-in-1 Rock ‘N Glide Soothers. No deaths have occurred in the 2-in-1 Soothe ‘n Play Gliders.

The product number is located on the underside of the base and printed on the packaging above the UPC symbol. The product numbers [URL removed]

2-in-1 Soothe ‘n Play [URL removed] GDD28, GDD39, GDD41, GGW85, GNX43, GVG43, HBD26, HBD27, and HBT17

Consumers should immediately stop using the product and contact Fisher-Price at www.service.mattel.com and click on “Recalls & Safety Alerts” to obtain a refund. You can also contact Fisher-Price at [phone number removed], Monday through Friday between the hours of 9 AM and 6 PM Eastern Time.
