Can someone confirm if my store even works?

Gargoylery I cannot tell if the store even works. Nothing imports from ebay. No replies from support. Beginning to question if Bonanza is safe to work with.

I printed a label from Bonanza and at the top it says USPS POSTAGE & FEES PAID 1 LB LIBRARY MAIL RATE NO SURCHARGE USPS LIBRARY MAIL. I'm not mailing a book. I purchased a 1st Class label...or so I thought. Anyone? Thank you.
