Paypal account wont link to booth.

On bonanza when I link my paypal to open the booth i get a message that says it’s connected but then after that It tells me to enter paypal information again. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

This is a problem that has happened before when we had to reauthorize paypal accounts a while back

It could be a few things…if the account is a personal account, it will have to be upgraded to Premier or Business (I have premier)

For premier it may ask if you are using the account for business or personal..put in business (though I use mine for both)

and then scroll down and make sure there is not an extra question…forgot what it was, but if it is not answered then it will not connect

Need to make sure you authorize bonanza to collect the taxes and pay fees if you decide to pay fees with paypal

not sure if this will help any…contact support..it may be something on their end and not you

If you do not complete the reauthorization steps, Bonanza will estimate the tax and add it to the order total. The buyer will submit the tax payment to you, and Bonanza will add the tax to your billing statement. We will then bill your card on file for any tax payments due once per day. Bonanza will then remit the tax payment to the appropriate government agencies.
