I have over 3000 items on Amazon and only 211 are in my booth. I have asked support about this on 2 different occasions but no response after 3 days. Do these people actually interact with us???

Batch edit still not working for over 5 weeks.

For over 5 weeks trying to make changes with the batch edit.It does not do the changes. Is anyone else having the same problem? Does anyone have a way to get batch edit to work.We are paying for a service that we are not receiving.
