easy to install

The seller sent me over the key and the download link for the OS. Everything went smooth downloading the program and then creating a USB boot drive was a snap. no file errors of any kind. booted straight up and used it to upgrade a windows 7 computer to windows 8.1. the activation code worked flawlessly as well. very happy with product and being able to get my system upgraded to an OS that windows still supports (without having to break the bank)

My client needed several computers reformatted from the linux OS one of their IT guys had put on their computers when they were being used as auto-dialer systems. As they had come with Windows 7 which is longer supported they needed to be upgraded to an OS that was still being supported. The Windows 8.1 keys provided were exactly what was needed to transition this companies computers from Linux to a supported Windows platform (I got around the Windows 8.1 UI by using Classic shell as many staff were still used to using Win 7).

Purchased this because my Windows 7 laptop was coming to end of life and could not access certain applications. I could not install 10 due to architecture limitations, so this was the only alternative until my new computer came in.

This was so successful that I made the relic of a laptop my primary office computer and will use my new laptop for more graphics oriented work.
