It was a "Fabulous" experience!
For $8 bucks I thought it was a scam. I bought it with Paypal to protect myself in case of scam. I shortly after found out that it is a legit version of windows 10 PRO. I checked the setting and ran "slmgr /dlito" through windows CMD prompt and it verified that the serial number IS A LEGIT FULL RETAIL VERSION!!!
MUST BUY IF YOU NEED IT.
Windows 10 is not Windows 7 bUT it is close. As a programmer and systems say user I found that the features of Windows 10 are above that of 7, it just will take some time to adjust to the locations of all the configuration tools and settings. The overall feel is very similar, but the start menu is move geared toward tablets with app tiles (not a fan).
The first thing I install is Classic Shell. After that it's fine.
I needed this to re-install on a new hard drive after a system failure. It worked perfect and saved a lot of time and expense.
Windows 10 wouldn't activate after motherboard and CPU upgrade. This Key solved my problem easily.

i was not aware it could be downloaded to a USB. Once downloaded to the DVD everything was very easy to work with
