UP FOR SALE: Striking cased art glass handbag vase in deep amethyst purple with white diagonal striping. The outer layer reads nearly black in low light but reveals a rich aubergine tone when illuminated. Interior photos show the true purple depth of the casing, especially toward the corners and base. Constructed with a thick opaque white core and substantial glass walls. Features applied clear glass handles with rosette-style prunts at the attachment points. The base is recessed, ground, and polished, consistent with studio furnace production. The striping is controlled and integrated within the casing rather than surface decoration, creating strong contrast and visual depth. Measures approximately 6.5 inches tall (see ruler photo for full dimensions). Condition is very good. No chips or cracks observed. Light surface wear consistent with age and handling.
