Personalization field on product can it be added in bulk?

Hi does anyone know if Bonanaza has made an update so you can add that field to add personalization per product where customer types their name or something they want written on item ...is there a way to do that in bulk or is it still manual item ...

How do i get notified if someone wants to chat?

What page do you leave your shop on. I keep mine on Selling Dashboard. If I leave it there, I don't see if someone wants to chat. But if I put it on View your booth is the only place I see the Chat option. I need some advice.
