Feed file is in a format that we don't support:

File Feeds are not being uploaded into my Google Merchant Center account. Do I need to manually upload them? If so how do I get my file? Do I need to change something? or do I have to be a paid account on Bonanza to have this option?

How do i get my items in my booth onto my bonanza webstore? more than half are not there at all.

I can't find out how to move items from my booth to my webstore, only half my booth items are in my webstore and I have no idea why the rest aren't there. Thanks! Elizabeth

Stop thief, my bonanza lapsed for two days & when it came back none of my 190 listings.....

How do I get my listings back after a two day lapse? I had over 190 listings & now I have none. Sorry guys but If I can't get them back I am not investing that type of man hours again!
