How can i exclude alaska/hawaii, us protectorates, apo/fpo, po box from the list of us shipping addresses?

I don't want to ship to the following US [URL removed] 1. Alaska/Hawaii 2. US Protectorates 3. APO/FPO 4. PO Box How do I exclude these locations from the list of US shipping addresses?
