10 items in lot will the charge be 3 cents or 30 cents ?

Ok they say 3 cents for every item over 50 , What if I put 10 CD'S as a lot will I be charged 03 cents or will they charge for each item in the lot which would be 30 cents

is the 3 cents per listing just for item's you listed after May first and what about items listed as freebies do I get charged for those also ? So does this mean a booth is not free now if you have over 50 items? It also says 3 cents for each list...
