The incompetence I'm seeing from Bonanza support is staggering.

Last weekend I experienced an issue with Bonanza’s postage-buying system, and I was unable to purchase labels. A serious issue, as I had customers waiting on items. So I sent an email to support, and instead got an answer to a completely different question, which was how to cancel a label.

Then the other day I was trying to find the live chat feature and couldn’t, so I emailed support again and was told Bonanza doesn’t even have live chat. This despite this very page on their website.

Both times, it was “Keith.” If Bonanza is looking to cut some support jobs, I’d say he’s your first round draft pick.

Absolutely, get rid of KEITH. He’s worthless at customer support. He doesn’t read the message and sends a canned letter to a completely different issue you didn’t even ask about. BONANAZA is going down the tubes.

Yes, Keith is most likely AI Keith.

Read between the lines – unannounced cuts in staffing, increased charges, over-excited announcements from the [URL removed] problems in B-sville.

All help for this site is now AI, and it doesn’t help at all. Look at the address the emails are coming from if you get a response back. The responses come from bonanza zendesk dot com and it’s all AI driven. It’s very sad, because in the past when you had a problem Bonanza’s help personnel used to respond very quickly, were friendly, and very helpful.

Meanwhile, the non-helpful AI “agents” lists their title as “Happiness Producer.” Ha!

Happiness Producer…LOL! More like UNHAPPINESS Producer with their lame responses.

It’s AI and I had to argue with it for like 6 emails one time to get an answer because it kept answering unrelated questions as well.

yes, Keith is a bot…I have been unable to list items for 12 WEEKS…I have 8,000 items on reserve and 48 items under review…UNDER REVIEW FOR WHAT…THEY ARE FREAKING BASEBALL CARDS…every Sunday I elevate the problem and KEITH dutifully states they are working on it…site is a pitiful waste
