I had over 10,000 tokens and now they are gone. Why did this happen and how can I claim them on my fees as Bonanza promised?

Do I understand this correctly?
The tokens (and opportunity to claim them) are gone after a year?
If so, I don’t have to check in and collect tokens anymore. I am selling nothing here.
(Haven’t in over a year)

Hi SciFi
Are you talking about collecting your 10 per day, or deducting from your bill?
To collect your daily tokens, from My Bonanza, the Rewards link is in the left column.
To deduct from your bill, the link to use tokens should be right on the bill, from the Fees Owed page.
My links are both there, so if yours aren’t showing, contact [email protected].

If you are asking about applying tokens, I may certainly be wrong, but I believe the tokens expire after a year.

DO tokens expire? :O
I have been saving ‘em… Can anyone confirm that they do actually expire? If so, I’d better use ’em up!

Thank you for this forum post as I was all confused as to where it all went too. Now I have found them once again to claim them each day because of your posting. Many thanks, Sparkleize

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
