thanks everyone for your answers
It also looks like KJ .925 1998 to me too
Since I know the person who owned this and her initials were not KJ…I doubt is was engraved for her
I do know it was done using an engraving tool…maybe by the person who handmade? it
@john…thank you for the link….Illusion is usually the first place I look…as well as several other sites
It is in a jewelry bag…but it may/may not be the bag it came it..since she combined/mixed and matched jewelry quite often…and I already looked up Carolee

Such a lovely holiday piece…The written display shown is not a hallmark, it was engraved.
Could this pretty snowflake have been engraved for someone with those initials possibly on 25th (Christmas day) in year 1998?
- Anyway, have a Happy Holiday and best of luck within your research, Monty!

I bought some of these years ago for my girls. I had them engraved with their initials and date. I think this is what you got.

I wonder if it could be a Kenneth J Lane piece? It’s pretty whoever made it!

My first thought was also Kenneth Lane so I went to my usual place to see what they had posted for signatures and didn’t find yours. Here’s the link to the place I go for jewelry signatures. [URL removed]
Cool piece, best of luck to you with it.

Obviously it’s a handmade piece and more than likely a one of a kind or a limited edition. If you could narrow down the country of origin you might have better luck. Scandinavian perhaps?
