Receiving messages from buyers

Is there anyway to set up received messages to go to my email address. I receive notifications that a order has been placed but not messages received.

Not in my junk mail either.

you should be getting notices from Bonanza to your email address when you get a message here. Make sure your email address on your account is the same as the one on your Bonanza account.

I’m meant messages from buyers. Today I found that a customer had messaged me two days ago. I did not receive email notification that that message was there. The only reason that I saw it was that I got a email stating an item had sold and saw the green 1 beside the message tab.

Sorry about that. All email messages are supposed to be automatically forwarded to your emai

GeoMart,
Bonanza is having issues with glitches lately. My suggestion would be to contact support with the issue.
Please note your response will be in 24-48 hours, sometimes shorter.
Under Help at the top of the page, click on support and fill out the form. If you can provide a screen shot of the problem, the staff would appreciate it.
Good luck and please come back and note what you find out.

To Answer Brilliantly

Remember these tips:

  • Use links to other sources to support your opinions
  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

Should I post a comment or an answer?

You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?

Post an answer for:

  • Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question

Post a comment for:

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
  • When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
