We imported almost 2,000 items from Ebay over to Bonanza and then deleted out the old Ebay account. However, now our new booth is registering as only 197 items??? We need help desperately. Thanks so much and God bless you.

Check the status of the items using “Batch edit items”. They might just be on " Ready for sale" or items missing any info. Those can be changed to “For sale” using the same batch editor. You might have to enter any missing data to do that.

Did you have 2000 active listings on Ebay? if not, it will only import active listings.

Contact support and see if they are able to retrieve you initial upload from ebay possibly .
