Just made our first sale 2 weeks ago. According to Google check out because we are new, that for the 1st 60 days it would be 10 business days to receive our funds. It has been two weeks and when I look at Google check out- payouts it says the funds were sent to my account on March 31st. When I check my bank account there is nothing. Any advice?

hmmm where is this charge button you speak of? I just signed up for google checkout and want to make sure all my t’s are crossed.
Ok so I went into my account and I found this is this what it [URL removed]
Order processing
When I receive a new order…
Automatically authorize the buyer’s credit card for the full amount of the order.
Automatically authorize and charge the buyer’s credit card.
Now do I want to authorize and charge the buyers credit card which is the second option or do I use the first which is to authorize the buyers credit card for the full amount? And do I leave it on this option all the time or do I have to go and do it everytime someone buys something?

When I first started with google check out I also was not getting deposits to my bank. Took me over 2 months to realize I had to click on the “Charge” button. Not a single problem since.

LOL, me too, Cotton Candy!
It took me 3 month to find out that I had to go GET my money.
Queen, I can’t help you with the button location so ad hoc –
but go into your account and search a little… it’s there – LOL

I have had a few transaction with Google Checkout, and no issues with money coming to my account. That waiting period is a newer thing they had started after I opened my account, and no big deal. As long as everything is set up correctly you get your money timely like you should, and as they stated too.

Looks like you may have your answer. It also took me a while to figure out that I had to “charge” my customer. After that I changed it to automatically charge my customer, and then it usually takes from 3-5 business days to land in my linked account.

Google Checkout payments usually only takes an average of 4 business days for the money to deposit into my account. I have my account set up to automatically charge the customer when the make their purchase. You should check with the bank and make sure there is nothing wrong on that end.
Good Luck!

I believe google is set up to reduce the delay in making payouts the longer you’ve been with them. I’ve had google just under a year and I seem to get my payouts in 2 business days.

Sometimes the delay may be your bank’s delay in posting the deposit, rather than G/C delay in sending. My first G/C sale did take right @ two weeks (best I remember) to show up in our bank, but a sale w/ G/C earlier this week the net showed up in our bank in 3 business days! And yes, you do need to set it up for automatic charge, rather than you having to “click” to charge their account—lots faster.

If it is a new account they say up to 10 days..BUT ..remember that is 10 BUSINESS days so it will take a little longer at the offset

If payout went on 31 which was last wed. (give 2 days to show in bank account) which would be Friday (which is also a holiday in many places and also you now have a Holiday Weekend.
I had a GC transfer on 29 and my bank was processing the deposit on the 31. (2 days)
yours was 31 which means April 2 which is holiday weekend-probably show on Monday
